BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil -- Brazil advanced to the World Cup quarterfinals on Saturday with a 3-2 shootout win over Chile following a tense and thrilling battle that ended 1-1 after extra time. NBA REPLAY CENTRE: I really like the concept and it will help officials get it right more and more and thats a good thing. But my one observation is that, during a review, both teams are going to get an unofficial timeout and its going to make games longer. Maybe the NBA can consider a way to charge teams with a timeout in these instances or just reduce the number of timeouts, altogether. If not, were looking at longer games and thats not good for anyone. 5. JAMES JOHNSON (Raptors): Hes been steady so far for the Raps by playing under control on the offensive end, while being an energetic force on defence. If he keeps this up, hes going to start taking some minutes from teammates. He makes plays with many of them being impactful ones. Thats a good thing and will earn him more run. ' ' '
