Its not often a running back coming off a 204-yard rushing day is on the fantasy football waiver wire. But Jay Ajayi of the Dolphins is still available in many leagues after surprising with a big day against the Steelers. Ben Roethlisberger was the biggest injury of the week, but there are enough quarterback options in most leagues to fill in.Here are the players to consider adding off the waiver wire:MARCUS MARIOTA (QB, Titans)Mariota has thrown three touchdowns in two consecutive games, including 284 passing yards against the Browns in Week 6. Mariota is running more with seven carries for 60 yards with a touchdown in Week 5 and he rushed for 64 yards on seven carries Sunday. Mariota will face the Colts, Jaguars and Chargers the next three weeks.BRIAN HOYER (QB, Bears)Hoyer has topped 300-yards passing in four straight games and will face the Packers Thursday night. The Packers could be missing three defensive backs.JAY AJAYI (RB, Dolphins)Arian Foster appeared to be the main back to begin the season and not surprisingly he got injured in Week 2. Then the Dolphins rotated four running backs. Ajayi has been the best one and exploded for 204 rushing yards on 25 carries and two touchdowns against the Steelers Sunday when the Dolphins had a healthy offensive line. Its still difficult to fully trust Ajayi since Foster will still be in the mix, but hes worth an add to see if the Dolphins finally commit to Ajayi.CHRIS IVORY (RB, Jaguars)T.J. Yeldon was supposed to be the feature back in the offense this week and Ivory had 13 touches compared to seven for Yeldon. Ivory had 11 carries for 32 yards and scored a touchdown and caught two passes for three yards, while Yeldon had six carries for 21 yards with a five-yard catch. This is not a great backfield and they could play the hot hand, but Ivory was brought in to help near the goal line and he was dealing with an illness the first few weeks. Ivory is worth an add to stash running back depth. Yeldon played 37 snaps to 24 for Ivory.JACQUIZZ RODGERS (RB, Buccaneers)Rodgers is coming off a bye and will play a secondary role to Doug Martin, who is slated to return from a hamstring injury in Week 7. Rodgers had 35 touches for 129 yards in Week 5. Rodgers will see some targets in the passing game and get a few carries, making him more valuable in point-per-reception formats.MIKE GILLISLEE (RB, Bills)Gillislee is the backup to LeSean McCoy and a good handcuff or add in deeper formats as a stash. He had six carries for 60 yards with a touchdown on Sunday.DWAYNE WASHINGTON (RB, Lions)The Lions running game has been bad all year. Washington has a chance to seize a roll in which he can get 8-12 touches per game since no one has stepped up while he has missed two weeks with an injury.CAMERON MEREDITH (WR, Bears)Once again, Meredith was a favorite target of quarterback Brian Hoyer in Week 6. Meredith caught 11 passes for 113 yards on 15 targets. He has 27 targets the last two weeks, catching 20 passes for 243 yards with a touchdown.KENNY BRITT (WR, Rams)Britt has been one of the biggest surprises. He has scored at least double digit points in PPR formats in five of six games. He is averaging 16.4 yards per catch and had seven catches for 136 yards with two touchdowns on eight targets in Week 6.TY MONTGOMERY (WR, Packers)Montgomery was used out of the backfield with the Packers short on running backs and Eddie Lacy playing through injury in Week 6. Montgomery caught 10 of 12 targets for 98 yards and had three carries for six yards. The Packers play Thursday night and Montgomery could play a big role again either out of the backfield or at receiver with Davante Adams dealing with a concussion.KENDALL WRIGHT (WR, Titans)Wright came out of nowhere to catch eight passes for 133 yards with a touchdown even though he didnt play many snaps. Wright caught 94 passes in 2013, but dont spend a high pick or a lot of free agent aquisition money on a player in a conservative offense.CAMERON BRATE (TE, Buccaneers)Brate could have been dropped since he was on a bye last week. Hes a good streaming option and the Buccaneers have a favorable schedule the next three games with the 49ers, Raiders and Falcons. Brate has five receptions in two of the last three games.HUNTER HENRY (TE, Chargers)Henry still has a lot of value even with Antonio Gates around. Henry has 24 targets over the last four games and caught 18 passes for 290 yards and three touchdowns. Gates will still get some red zone targets, but Henry will be a pivotal piece in the offense.JACK DOYLE (TE, Colts)Dwayne Allen has an ankle injury and Doyle will get more targets while Allen is out. The Colts use the tight end a lot in the offense and Doyle has caught 20 of 23 passes. Allen left the game early on Sunday night and Doyle caught four passes for 53 yards with a touchdown.---This column was provided to The Associated Press by the Fantasy Sports Network, http://FNTSY.comSteve Francis Jersey .com) - Following a late-game loss to the reigning NBA champs, the Toronto Raptors will look to sustain their recent high-level play as they travel to Indiana to take on the Pacers. ROME -- A defensive blunder helped decide a heated Rome derby but many fans werent there to see it due to a protest.Lazios Brazilian defender Wallace gifted the ball to Kevin Strootman, who scored Romas opener midway through the second half and Radja Nainggolan then doubled the lead for a 2-0 win Sunday.Romas celebrations were not as loud as usual because the clubs most ardent supporters stayed away from the match in protest at plexiglass security barriers introduced at the start of last season in their area.Normally filled with supporters waving huge banners, lighting flares and singing, half of the curva sud -- southern end -- of the Stadio Olimpico was left empty. Its ugly to see, said Strootman, who scored with a delicate chip shot over Lazio goalkeeper Federico Marchetti. The fans who did come were very helpful to us and these were three very important points. Hopefully the others will come to the next matches because we need our fans. The victory moved Roma back into second place, four points behind Juventus, which beat Atalanta 3-1 on Saturday.AC Milan is level on points with Roma in third after coming from a goal down to beat visiting Crotone 2-1.In the next round, Roma hosts Milan. After Strootmans goal and an extended celebration, words appeared to be exchanged as Romas players walked back onto the pitch alongside Lazios bench.Strootman appeared to toss water from a bottle at Lazios Danilo Cataldi, who reacted by tugging the neck of Strootmans shirt as the Netherlands midfielder walked away. That prompted both benches to get involved, leading to a general melee.Cataldi, who had been on the bench, was red carded, while Strootman was shown a yellow.Ten minutes later, Nainggolan scored with a long, bouncing shot inside the near post that appeared to surprise Marchetti.Roma has now won four straight in the Derby della Capitale series, outscoring Lazio 10-2. Lazios last derby win came in the 2013 Italian Cup final, while its last derby victory in Serie A came more than four years ago.Neither side produced a clear chance in the first half of a match that was not pretty to watch.Since Ive come to Roma Ive never played in a beautiful derby, Strootman said. Neither squad wants to make a mistake. We didnt have many chances but we won and got some important points, Strootman added.Lazio is fifth, four points behind Roma.Francesco Totti, Romas 40-year-old captain, stayed on the bench.---AAC MILAN 2, CROTONE 1Gianluca Lapadula is getting quite comfortable in his new role as AC Milans center forward.ddddddddddddFilling in for the injured Carlos Bacca, Lapadula earned a penalty and scored a late winner in a 2-1 win over visiting Crotone. It was Lapadulas fourth goal in four matches -- the first four of the Serie A career of a 26-year-old considered a late bloomer.Lapadula always plays with a lot of passion and thats his strength, Milan coach Vincenzo Montella said. That was the type of goal that he scores. Hes a real striker, the type that I like who can provide guarantees over the course of a season.Diego Falcinelli had put Crotone ahead midway through the first half and Mario Pasalic equalized for Milan before the break. With the score 1-1, MBaye Niang had a penalty blocked by Crotone goalkeeper Alex Cordaz. It was a complicated match. Compliments to Crotone, Montella said. It was a struggle to win but we really wanted it.Milan has lost just one of its last 12 matchesCrotone is last with just six points from 15 matches.Falcinellis goal, his fifth of the season, was facilitated by poor defense from Milan that allowed him to score from the center of the area uncontested.Pasalic, who is on loan from Chelsea, scored his first goal in Serie A with a header following a corner.Early in the second half, Lapadula was fouled inside the area to set up Niangs penalty but Cordaz dived in the right direction to make the save.In the 86th, Lapadula took advantage of a rebound following a free kick to win it.Lapadula, who scored 27 goals in 40 Serie B matches for Pescara before joining Milan, recently earned his first call up to Italys national team. He could become an even more integral member of the Rossoneri if Bacca departs as rumored in January.Bacca was recently seen attending a match of his former club Sevilla, adding to speculation over his possible departure.---OTHER GAMES:Khouma Babacar scored an injury-time winner as Fiorentina beat struggling Palermo 2-1.Federico Bernardeschi had put Fiorentina ahead with a header and Mato Jajalo equalized with a curling free kick for Palermo early in the second half.In other matches, it was: Pescara 1, Cagliari 1; Sampdoria 2, Torino 0; and Sassuolo 3, Empoli 0.---Andrew Dampf on Twitter: www.twitter.com/asdampf ' ' '
