The Indiana Hoosiers dismissed running back Kiante Enis from the football program Thursday after the freshman was arrested on two counts of child molestation.According to the Randolph County Sheriffs Office, investigators received a report Wednesday of a possible relationship between 19-year-old Enis and a child 13 years or younger. The sheriffs office said Enis admitted in an interview with deputies that he had a consensual sexual encounter that occurred on at least two occasions.Enis was arrested and held on a $20,000 bond at the Randolph County Jail. Child molestation is a Level 3 felony in Indiana and each charge carries a maximum sentence of 16 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.The athletic department issued a one-sentence statement, announcing the dismissal would take effect immediately.Enis, a three-star recruit who is the nephew of former NFL player Curtis Enis, originally committed to Michigan before signing with his home-state Hoosiers. He had not appeared in a game for Indiana.
